At ThirdPeakCoffee, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.

Here's our promise to you: If you're not happy with your coffee for any reason, we'll refund the full purchase price, we'll just ask a few questions to make sure we fix whatever was wrong next time round.

All you need to do is let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, please email refunds@thirdpeakcoffee.com and we'll take care of the rest.
