The coffee is grown by 1500 grower/members from Cafe Organics Marcala, and is a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties, grown at altitudes of 1300-1700 meters on clay mineral soil. The coffee is fully washed and sun dried to bring out its unique and rich flavor profile.
Tasting notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar are evident in every cup, making this coffee a delightful treat for coffee connoisseurs.

How fresh is your coffee?
The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted for whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting for ground coffee.
All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed, making it some of the freshest coffee on the internet.
How long does it take to ship?
Because all our coffee is roasted to order, it can take 1-5 business days before our roasting partner is ready to ship direct to you.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, even though we're based in Canada, we only deliver to the US. This is because our roasting partner is based in the US.
