Savor the essence of Nicaragua with our medium roast coffee from smallholder farmers in Molino Norte. Grown on nutrient-rich clay mineral soil at altitudes of 900-1590 meters, our coffee is a harmonious blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties. Fully washed and then fermented, it's dried on patios and raised beds, resulting in a tasting profile of cocoa, floral, and citrus tones. Enjoy a cup that not only delights your senses but also supports the hard work of small-scale coffee farmers.
